The ProtoLab desktop companion app is where your physical artwork meets the digital canvas. From your Mac, PC, or Linux machine, drag PNG files directly onto any component — card faces, board art, token images, dice skins, and bag art. Your game library syncs bidirectionally so everything you design on desktop is instantly playable on mobile.
ACard Face System — Front & Back
Every card has two faces: A (front) and B (back). Assign a PNG to each side independently — Card 1A is the front face, Card 1B is the back. Double-tap any card on the canvas to flip it. In multiplayer, all players see the same flip state in real time. AI art generation also targets A or B independently.
